nice playing! btw, may I ask do you have to replace the pickguard when you replace the bridge humbucker pickup? Coz I noticed that there's 2+1 screw (2 screw on top and 1 in the bottom) on the bridge instead of a 1+1 like the Seymour Duncan and Dimarzio. I'll be waiting for your reply. Thank you.
Yeah that is true... That would be great for coil tapping now that i think about it. But yeah, for van halen and stuff, the hss is perfect. Plus i agree, i don't personally like the bridge pickup on most strats anyways. For a single coil bridge, i'd probably have a Duncan hot rail thrown in, but on a hss maybe an emg 60 or something like that. But your setup sounds great, in my opinion. Oh and great playing too
Stock pickups? And is it american? Great playing, I'm searching for a new guitar right now so I was thinking about this or a gibson BFG. Any thoughts?
