@Yoshinator ive GOT to try this out. also ive found that lv1-2 frank(lv3-5 can do it standing) can also relaunch with DownForward H while they are on the ground. after you send them to the ground. jump forward towards them and hit DownForward H. has to be timed abit but then they bounce up in which then can then be relaunched.

As said before crouching H can be used there too and enter relaunch S

if you ground bounce at level 1/2 with Tools of Survival H, you can follow it up on the ground with a quick crouching H. That would bring that one combo of yours from 19 hits to 20. instant level 3.
