Honestly it just doesn't feel like there is much strategy in the game. Not being able to directly control your units means that it feels sluggish and uninteresting. Units can just ignore your defenses and fleet too, and the only way to defend is send units to the right base so you always lose defenses and can't intercept with 'free' units. It's just frustrating. Every time you move you units to attack, opponents attack elsewhere. Most of the game is just exchanging bases, no tactics at all.

@KrK6EST9 Agree, rock stable and fast under linux (Well, after I upgraded from 1GB RAM to 4GB) It is a little disapointment to hear that it's unstable on other platforms. Hope it's issue of game itself, not Unigine. I would love to see another unigine multi-platform games like this.

So wait... Let me get this straight, the premise is our over-use of fossil fuels lead to massive flooding, and after that, we fight over more of it to continue civilization? Good god Humans are fucking retarded in this game.

@QuikDJ In the first few seconds you hear Kevin say he's standing in for Jason. Jason wrote the original review on the website.

Why does the description say Jason Wilson when the voice is so obviously Kevin vanOrd

if the world is flooded i feel like the real focus would be on metals and not oil. Seeing as mining underwater isnt really ~easy~ or a thing i think theyre fucked

I like how the commercial I got was for going green on a game titled "oil rush."
