This week we explore the Languedoc wines of Gerard Bertrand. The ex-rugby player got serious about wine in the early 90's and has been growing ever since. We're trying the Crement de Limoux (White flowers, citrus, a toasted bread) The Reserve Speciale Pinot Noir (Wild raspberry, ripe cherry, nutmeg and spice) Chateau L'Hospitalet (Deep purple. spice licorice, violet and vanilla) and finally Les Corbieres (Grenach, Syrah Mouvedre (Deep black fruit, aromatic and silky tannins)
