Did my report which recommended that I cease seeing my son...and presented it to the Court...but they dated it. This showed that they had written it a week BEFORE they met me. Then they failed to show at the adjourned Court. 9 years of being treated like a criminal when the Mum is the one with 7 violence convictions, one for stabbing me! And we wonder why our children are pregnant, in Youth Courts, etc. Cafcass: You are doing a great dis-service to our children.

I am back in court , over the past 6 months, been in court 3 times, asked for dna test for one child, ex wife refused, refused to bring birth certiicate, , she refused to testify in contested hearing, judges let her off so caffcass have more time to get in contact.They should got in in contact after jan 09. when i phoned caffcass they did not know who the child was, poss have to wait till child is 5 for dna test as ex, not want to give sample. not letters from my kids dispite agreement, crap

Falsified my report, never allowed me access to the report and ignored the judges request to pursue life story work and the undertaking of a dna test. Corrupt, inept, incompetent and very ignorant.

i never got the report before the court hearing. but it was in my favour, but what if was not? I still had objections, the report was based on 2 interviews with the mother and one with me. she had the kids. The officer never saw me with the kids. My caffcass officer was out right femenist, and quite hostile to me, but she agreed over night contact etc with me. This suprised me alot. Also she based her views on the contact centre report, who are not qualified to observe children. go figure.
