After all no matter how young the child is it is still there lives being decided. I mean you wouldn't sentence an adult without their them and there voice being present so why ius that different for a child??

Cafcass, practitioners and the cafcass young peoples board take months and years developing the necessary tools and resources to help especially young children

THis is a disgusting video which obviously is made by someone whose child chose not to be with them. I have worked on the cafcass young peoples board now for the best part of three years and have had a vengence with cafcass and it is far from perfect. But surely and indisputablyt the way forward is that of listening to the children more. For after all it is what cafcass and all the work done by the young peoples board is about. Though young children like the one in this video don't usually use

Did my report which recommended that I cease seeing my son...and presented it to the Court...but they dated it. This showed that they had written it a week BEFORE they met me. Then they failed to show at the adjourned Court. 9 years of being treated like a criminal when the Mum is the one with 7 violence convictions, one for stabbing me! And we wonder why our children are pregnant, in Youth Courts, etc. Cafcass: You are doing a great dis-service to our children.
