Form isn't really important in this workout cause it is mostly about endurance. I do 26 reps of each different exercise in this circuit. You will need the following: Ab roller, One light dumbell, and one heavy dumbell but not too heavy depending on your strength level cause you should be able to do at 26 reps. In this particular video I use a 20lbs, 35lbs, and 40lbs, The exercises as shown in the video are: 1. ab roller (abs) 2. forearm curls (forearm) 3. seated millitary press (shoulders) 4. seated fly (shoulders) 5. arm ext (triceps) 6. bent over rows (back) 7. traditional push ups (chest) 8. seated arm curls (biceps) My goal is to be able to clock the start and finish of 1 set of this exercise in less than 13 minutes and 4 sets in less than 1 hour and 15 minutes. I had to make this video 2 parts cause it was too long lol, which obviously means that I haven't yet achieved my time goal. SMH :( but I am still working on it though!!
