Ironically, I have it in WMV format (I recorded it with VMware, Camtasia and transcoded with Adobe Premiere Elements - all for Windows :P ) but for some reason chose WMV, don't ask). It's a lot higher res than that - in the region of 640x480 quality - text is readable. I could transcode it for you if you want or otherwise I'll post a link to the original.

WMV is ~7MB.
