@TackyNames I bought a cheap 4850 XFX witch is a little bit better than the 9800GT it had and a 600 watt PSU, also i added a 92mm fan at the back (witch for some reason gateway didn't bother with) and a 80mm on the side vent pushing air on the VC. Now i get idle temps of 43c and low 70's when gaming, when before with the 9800GT it was 60 idle 90c gaming rofl. but i do feel bad about getting the 4850 and not saving up a little more and getting that GTX 460 u suggested :(. Thanks.

@afr126 Hey afr126,

same thing happened to me. I would recommend buying a whole new case altogether, because the replacement graphics card will also burn out in time. the circulation in this case is quite horrible. However, if you can't get a new case I would recommend a graphics card that is less then 10.5 inches - So the GTX 460, GTX 560 (ti), GTS 250, GTS 450, and any GT series.

@SupposedGenuise I also have the same PC and looking for a new VC as well. My video kinda burned out but IDK witch video card would fit the specs it has ATM, also witch would fit the tight space. Can i ask what video card did you choose and how better is you're gaming experience?

I just bought a more recent, advance version of this refurbished with a 22 inch monitor, for $700. Such a good deal.
