► 2012 MINI Paceman

The German premium automobile manufacturer will present the world premiere of the new BMW 6 Series Convertible at the 2011 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. BMW will also present for the first time to the public the BMW 1 Series M Coupe as well as the new BMW 1 Series Coupe and the new BMW 1 Series Convertible. The new BMW X3 will be presented immediately before its market launch in the USA. This second generation of the Sports Activity Vehicle is manufactured at BMW's Spartanburg plant in the USA. MINI will present the world premiere of the new MINI Paceman Concept, whose crossover design makes it the first Sports Activity Coupe (SAC) in the small car segment.

Very clean design. Much better than the production Countryman. The Leather exterior accents have to go, however. Seriously?

Most of it is pretty cool looking except for that silly looking roofline!!! It looks as though someone's made a mistake during sketching and has tried to pass it off as a queue to its origins!!!
