The story is that Aerith is Eva and she leaves her home and friend Tifa to go and change the world for the better. Tifa is mocked and made fun of by the people of her home but she dreams about the man she loves, Cloud, hoping he will protect her. He can not protect her from the people and she dies. Cloud goes out in search of Aerith to tell her of her friend's death. He falls in love with her and together they travel the world to help make it a happy place.
