Press Accessories

Press Clear Storage

Enter 1234

Press Yes

Phone will do the rest

For my mobiler you can look on another video for it of mine. It takes a couple of tries before you get it so keep trying. If you want go to app on your phone then find clear storage in that folder! that is the same thing

i have a t mobile shadow and idk what happened to it. so okay the top buttons on the slider part dont work but the numbers on the bottom slider does work but i dont get how to reset it lol ya ur thing dong help much :o could u explain me more?

If your talking to me about phone broken then, my phone is working perfectly but my sound card on my computer is messed up. Yea the way you said is basically the same way as what I said but nice tut! Its always better to have it written for those non-visual people out there. Thx

not sure if you got your phone fixed yet but i just tried it . I know in the video it says hold down the power button but i just held both buttons and pushed the power button till the phone turned on then released it.. it will say press send (call button) to "hard reset" or any other button to cancel. Good luck.
