Live PA's have always been pretty lame IMO. People seem to love it, though. Most acts play off a DAT or CD, I think. I was doing a show with a particularly big "live techno PA"act in the 90's. They got up my ass for not providing one of the keyboards they "required". Everyone was pretty pissy until I pointed out that the act had no signal or MIDI cabling coming from anything other than the DAT player. That ended the argument pretty quickly.

Thanks for the info - got my dates mixed up - in that case - Praga Khan was seriously influenced by The Prodigy which is not a bad thing - however after hearing some of the Praga Khan live stuff - they never had the stage quality that The Prodigy have - (Though Maxim is still terrible live - but it just makes me laugh now - rather than being annoyed with him)

I can assure you that this isn't pre Prodigy. Their first EP came out in 1991.

This album seems to be the template for all good - electro punk that followed - I even think this is pre-prodigy, I wonder if Liam was influenced by it - or perhaps both were influenced by something else?
