This is the story of Arne (Trond Gil), who is convinced he has superpowers. He just hasn't found them yet. So he decides to put up a wanted note for an archenemy, hoping that it will help him discover his true powers.
To answer questions from the comments: 1. The language they are speaking is Norwegian. 2. Edited in "Final Cut", effects done in "Adobe After Effects" and the coloring in "Color" 3. Their hero-names are Omega and Captain Phoenix. This information was originally given during the phone call, but we edited it out because the scene took such a large part of the film that we had to shorten it a bit.
