Today was Shaun T Insanity day 23 - Cardio Power and Resistance. I had a little fun with the workout clips in this video and added some double speed and music.

I like to mix it up as much as I can to give you "BetterBody90 Confusion" that way the videos stay fresh! Hey it works with P90X so why not my videos?? =)

Anyway, things are rocking and I am feeling better, stronger, and more ripped ever day that passes. I can definitely tell a loss of body fat around my mid section as my abdominals are starting to really show definition.

It's almost time for the recovery week and then things go into "MAX". Get ready for some extra crazy video updates in the week to come!

  • Thanks for the inspiration. This sistah girl right here is determined to get this weight off of ME! I appreciate you posting

  • @chamogul You got it! Bring it and don't stop! =)

  • Good job man, I did P90X last year for a little while but you are right it gets boring after some time. After a couple of months hopefully, I rehab my jumpers knee and probably attempt on doing this.

  • @LeontariF1 Absolutely give your knee all the time it needs to recover so you can hit Insanity 110%. It's very high impact on the lower body so be careful but don't let that stop you from moving forward!

  • are u sped up ?

  • @VSLG Some parts are in fast forward for time purposes

  • Hello to all the people here i am 17 and i did Insanity for 1 month but after i messed up my spine pretty bad and now that my spine is better after about 4 months i gained so much weight without being able to do ANYTHING!! :( and i want to do Insanity again but idk if it will work for me. P.S it wasnt Insanity that messed up my back i was doing Parkour and i landed on my spine... Yes i know its kind of stupid of me but ehh we are all human any suggestions. @dude04345

  • question about insanity, i want to take the challenge but my goal is to gain muscle as well as get ripped. I am kinda of hesitent on takin this insanity ordeal cuz of its cardio routines. i way 152 lbs mostly musle and i have a good defention of a body but wanting to make it look even better. Any suggestions on wat i asked who took this insanity challenge?

  • this is definitley better than P90x...mostly because you dont have to listen to Tony Hortons awful commentery in all of the videos......Ps Nice Job!!

  • i think i`ll never be able to do those moving push-ups. i can barely get to do 20 push-ups, so moving while doing them is as good as askin me to cook eggs with my feet.

  • yuck, globe jumps...and frog jumps lol i used to hate level 1 and level 2 drills but now i'm starting to be able to keep up. and i LOVE moving push-ups, it makes me feel pimp!

  • does it have different work outs for everyday?

  • Great results man! I hope you don't mind, but I featured this video on my blog to give people an idea what Cardio Power & Resistance was like (also included a link to your website). I keep a blog updated daily about my journey with Insanity. You're more than welcome to check it out (nevermind, apparently I can't link it...)

    Thanks for the great videos!
