Short test using a Canon Scoopic 16 camera with a Kowa 2X anamorphic lens. Stock used was some expired Ektachrome 7250. Some vignetting is visible.

  • The first nine seconds are epic. Love the grain and colors.

  • @scallhero

Or is this an anamorphic lens( stretched vertically) onto a (or edited to be) a 16:9 ratio frame?

  • i thought anamorphic meant the image was distorted to fit vertically. Isn't this non-anamorphic because it is an undistorted long horizontal frame?

    Someone help me understand?

  • Hello! Can you help me? I need technical details about your kowa 2x lens. Please! I have one scoopic 16 to. sorry about my english, i'm from Argentina. Gracias!
