  • Hey! Me too. I'm 25, with a Bachelors degree, sitting in my mom's living room because I can't get anyone to hire me. I have applied to an astonishing amount of places and rarely get an interview. I think I've had about 4 in 6 months. I applied for a job stacking t-shirts out of a printing press and they wouldn't hire me. STACKING T-SHIRTS. I think they hired a monkey over me. Even wal-mart is getting 400 resumes per opening. The world has gone to hell. On the up side I've been working out a lot.

  • Keep trying! I've been reading recruiter blogs and following their advice. Hopefully it works out. And hey, there's nothing wrong with character building. One day you'll tell your kids about this.

  • don't feel bad - I have been underemployed for like three years now - it gets very depressing especially when you graduated with honors. Good news though I am back in school now (Howard Univ) and hopefully I do things right this time bc retail sucks.

  • Well, What did you get a degree in? Art history? Actually, Maybe you could relocate? I wouldn't worry to much. You'll get one. Useless there's something your not telling people?
