  • Vista x64 SP1 on two machines with 7900 GT cards - err since Oct 2008. Tried clean OS install, driver vers from 100.65 to 181.22. Errors include "stopped responding", blue screen in nvlddmkm.sys, primary monitor displaying dia lines, app flashing and having redraw probs when moving from one display to another. Tried manual removal of all driver files before doing next version of nvidia update. Fix - turn off all 3D features and set to 16 bit colour. Replace nvidia cards with Matrox. Grr
