My John Deere lawn tractor (9Hp Kawasaki)

This is such an awesome lawn tractor, its got hydrostatic drive and a 9hp Kawasaki that runs like a dream! I just got it, and i really like it, I'm going to sell it next summer.
Engine smoked because it was very cold outside.

how do you know if it's a hydrostatic?

Because the gearbox is only forvard neutral and reverse, you don't have like 1st 2nd 3rd.

Because the "transmission" is not gears, but belts on sprokets that can move, like on a snowmobile, so you just put it in first, let go the clutch, and then you can change between fast and slow while driving.

Because it's to big for our lawn and I don't need it and I can get a good price for it, so that's why i'm going to sell it.

Yes it does, I really like Kawasaki engines, second to Briggs and stratton!
