  • Scratch that itch, baby! Scratch that itch!

I completely understand...running is my newfound addiction. That jittery feeling you have if you don't go, I have that too. It's the entire days worth of frustration that relies on you going running in order to be released. If you don't go, you become aggitated and on edge. Same here. I go running at night though. Kudos to you for going in the heat!

  • I couldn't live with myself if I kept the scale. I got a free pair of shorts by mistake and returned them immediately. The customer service rep told me that I might as well keep them, but I just felt far too guilty. She kind of chuckled and looked at me like I was some sort of weirdo, but man did I feel better after the fact. I may not have stole them, but I didn't pay for them either.

  • Eh, I'm not too fond of Walmart. I try never to go there, but given that it's 0.10 miles away from my apt, I go when I need to get a vacuum or toaster... that sort of stuff, where you can get it really cheap. I don't feel guilty - they made the mistake :)

  • LOL, yay! It doesn't get too hot here in the afternoon, like 75-80... I don't think that's too hot. Running is pleasant because there's a breeze and I'm sweating and it feels good :) I run at night if I don't go 2 miles during the day.

  • You're doing so great. Your enduarnce is really picking up! So Good!!!

  • Thank you! I'm excited for this whole running-every-day thing... I feel like I'm really getting somewhere.

  • wow

  • hey if anything, you got a free scale out of the deal.

    :P

  • Wow okay that sounds really good...your fitness routine I mean. Well heres the thing i would stay with all that you do....just the up hill runs should be spints not jogs, I forgot to mention. Its a little secret i learned from a few professionals including my bro who's very succesful personal trainer. Short intense sprints do wonders for the body and for fat shedding :) try and get back to me
