The operating system is Evolution X (though you can still access the original xbox dashboard. I replaced the 5 or 10gb drive with a 400gb hard drive. There is an led indicator under the shell to indicate which OS is running, (Blue=EvoX, Green=chip menu/microsoft dashboard. There are many skins for the EvoX dashboard already on there. The only App on the hard drive is DVD2XBOX, which is an application used to copy any disk to the hard drive to be used without the disc. But sometimes the dvd drive needs to be assisted the second half of the way out. Also included are three controllers, One blue one One green one, and one green one with stickers and leds under the buttons that light up when plugged in All cables are included I am including a speakerphone headset Also I am including an instalable usb port and a usb port that plugs into the controller socket (mainly used for action replay and data transfer) And i am throwing in a bag full of resistors, different colored leds, and instructions on instaling the leds in xbox controllers.
