New Delhi: 9th March 2010 - March 9th 2010: On the eve of the 51st anniversary of the Tibetan National Uprising Day against Communist Chinas brutal occupation of Tibet in 1959, the Chinese Embassy in New Delhi fenced with layers of barbed wires and blanket of security personnel saw a vigorous protest by Tibetans.
At around 11:15 am today in front of the Chinese Embassy, 32 protesters shouted and tossed in air printed slogans, "Long Live His Holiness the Dalai Lama", "China out of Tibet" and "Independence for Tibet" before being arrested by police and taken into custody. Several protesters chained themselves around poles and trees in front of the Embassy.
China continues to unleash unimaginable suffering and destruction to the land and people of Tibet. Even today, Tibetans in Tibet live in constant fear under the radar of plain clothes police officers, army personnel and snipers on rooftop of monasteries. Many Tibetans who took part in the historic and peaceful protest of 2008 are handed death sentences, life and long term imprisonments through unfair and unlawful trials. China has also recently re-launched what they call "Strike Hard" campaign in most part of Tibet to prevent and quell any political dissent against the illegal Communist Chinese regime in the lead up to the historic anniversary.
"We strongly condemn the continuing brutal oppression of innocent Tibetans inside Tibet by China with death sentences, life imprisonment and arbitrary arrests and demand China to immediately release all innocent Tibetans", said Tsewang Rigzin, President of the Tibetan Youth Congress. He added, "The historic and peaceful uprising beginning on March 10th 2008 in Tibet will forever remain an inspiration for generations and we will continue to challenge the illegal Communist Chinese regime in Tibet until we regain Tibet's Independence".
This protest was covered by national and international media. The protesters include Penpa Tsering, International Relations Secretary of Tibetan Youth Congress and members of our regional chapters from Shimla, Herbertpur, Paonta Sahib, Puruwala, Dharamsala, Rohini and Samyeling Delhi.
The protest was organized by Tibetan Youth Congress (TYC), the largest non-governmental organization of Tibetans in exile.

Our manipulated society is backwards as we have been programed to do. Indian police & others protect one of the world's top murderess regime, communist Chinese. Yet, they imprison people who oppose them. I other words, Humanity means nothing over money! a Yo, the rest of the Universe must be laughing at us or avoid us due to our primitive & dumb ass way of life.
