I really think Social Distortion is one of the biggest sellouts ever but they were great back then. I mean, I can't blame them for making a career out of it all, but if you look at how pre-packaged they are now, its pretty silly.

I'll tell you something about "Metalers." I used to shave my head in high school, I wore black combat boots and wore torn up flannel shirts and band t-shirts like Circle Jerks, etc. So I walked into a sandwich shop frequented by Metalers near school for lunch and a guy wearing a Twisted Sister t-shirt goes "Oh, there's that Faggot." Needless to say "irony" was not in his vocabulary.
