LTZ 400 LTZ400 z400 Pro Ciruit T-4 Exhaust Cold Weather Start Walkaround in HD

This is a cold weather start on my z400, the bike sat for 3 weeks proir to starting. Including Pro Circuit T-4 sound clip. In HD. 12-11-2010

i was wondering, since u have a big bore kit do u have any other supporting mods like a bigger carb, ignition, cams, etc. I ask because I also have an 04 z400 with a Full yoshimura pipe and UNI filter. I just wonder how the bike will run with a big bore and no cams or carb.

It runs fine with stock cams, cdi and stock carb, I just rejetted with a dynojet kit. It keeps up with my buddies fully modded Raptor 660 no problems. His bike is in some of my other vids. Now cams, a CDI, and FCR39 would put out more power, but its all about what kind of bike your trying to build, and how much you want to spend. Personally I say wait until you need to rebuild before you tear into the motor b/c once you do "Let the money pit begin".

if it was a cold start why was your fan running when you turned the key on ??? i have a kfx400 and my fan only comes on when it reaches operating temp

Because my fan is wired to run all the time, you saw I used the choke b/c it was cold. Fans are wired factory to not run when at operating temp, but when they are hot and that bike was not hot.

hey what do you think of that exhaust, do he make heavy sound in the real he makes afcourse much diferent sound i think and I wil mabey buy that pipe for my kfx 400 :D

It sounds real good when you get on it, its not the loudest though. If your looking to make some noise get a Two Brothers slip-on or a full or slip-on HMF. I llike the Pro Circuit T-4 b/c its not too loud at idle, but it really makes some good noise when you get on it.

@mikerockshhh You wouldn't believe how nasty it'd be with the cams and carb. I didn't think it'd make that much of a difference till I put them on!
