I've been having really bad headaches since november now, also I've had major problems taking craps. I always feel like there is more in my system, and I know I've eaten a lot of garbage over the years. Does this cleanse get rid of all the toxins in your colon and what not? Thanks

Great video. The days you need more sleep are detox days usually 2,3 & 7. Your comments on body building are spot on. The Master Cleanse doesn't have protein for it, but lots of energy for walking. I tell people on my 24/7 free Internet forum, TheRawFoodSite (dot) com, it's knowledge, not willpower that counts.
That's why I wrote the book, "Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days", to give people the understanding of what's happening when they have detox days so they can succeed.

Yes u do=) Well, u have to drink the herbal tea only @ night...but u have to drink the lemonade every day ur on the fast.

Thanks for the comments=) I did loose weight, but I put a little back on after the cleanse which is expected...but I've been exercising and eating right so I have a healthy look going on. I still drink the 8 glasses of water and that helps alot too. Once again thanks for coming thru, and keep rockin!

awesome dude! im very inspired! alot of people at my work are doing this and im starting mine on tuesday. JUST FOR 10 DAYS THOUGH!! lol you got any advice on the cravings?

Best thing I can say about the cravings is drink more lemonade=) Also drink alot of water, but that's all you can really do. I do have a really cool way u can also drink the lemonade though...all u have to do is use all the same ingredients, add ice and put it in a blender and you have a Lemonade Smoothie! It's really good for the mornings & evenings. As far as exercise, just do light cardio, no heavy weights or lifting...other than that, congrats in advance and enjoy ur journey!
