  • Hey like the video great tips!.but can you advise a work out for over 45;s as I believe its very hard to gain muscle after a certain age.

  • @001sommo You Cannot lose excess energy without creating a deficit. However, youre not wrong in what you said in terms of performance.. The average 3-4 times a weeker probably wont have the time or patience

  • @soldierside365 no dont eat less eat 5-6 smaller meals a day and the right foods good slow burning carbs,proteins and no suger,eat foods in its simplest form.eating like this you will never be hungary and you will lose wieght(fat) not the muscle.wieght train 4 times a week.the more muscle you have the more cals(fat) is burned..
