buddy.... Laraque and Lucic don't belong in the same sentence. Your talking about an 80 pt player a season compared to a guy that gets maybe 6 pts a year and more penalty minutes per time on the ice than anyone in the Nhl. He is a waste of space. oh wah wah Lucic won't fight him. Please, what's the point? Lucic comes off the ice for the bruins- Laraque comes off the ice for the Habs... Habs win 100% of the time because Laraque contributes 0. Lucic= forecheck, passion, net crashing, everything!

@zsheik22 Nope. Laraque did absolutely zero to get Lucic to fight him. Nothing. He asked him to fight, then followed him around. He didn't push the issue a whole lot. Sort of makes you wonder if Laraque was afraid of a 20 year old making a fool out of him.

This cost montreal that game, add being swept out of the playoffs, b/c they had zero answer for Lucic, other than having Laraque follow him around.. Why? B/c Lucic tormented that entire team. Look what he did to Mike Komisrek, he completely destroyed the guy. Please.

@zsheik22 Well that tells me you never even seen him play. Punching someone in the face who mouths off to you, or one of his teammates, isn't quite the same as picking on non fighters. Everyone in the league knows he's tough. And unless you can fight, you need to keep your mouth shut and stick down around him. That's the benefit of being a big tough guy. Smart'n up.

Lucic owns Laraque. Last I checked Lucic has a locker w/ his name on it and plays on the top line of an NHL team, add a cup ring. Laraque has to buy a ticket to see him play, and the only hockey he plays is w/ the scrubs at pick up games.

If people want Lucic to fight the Orr's and Laraques of the world, then I want other top line players like Crosby, Malkin, Ovechkin etc to fight Lucic.
