He's not drunk but emotionally high, which I can say comes to of equivalence with the feeling of being drunk. I have played music long enough at least to feel emotionally high.

The high feels like an uncontrollable faucet literally. All emotions come out to merge as one and bam; emotional climax.

And jongwan's vocals hit every high note, while screaming, which is extremely hard to do. This band, is just pure genius. Pure genius. Hope they come back soon.
