@lapjepap @lapjepap Hey Lapjepap tell me is GIAC a good tuning software and when putting a bigger turbo such as the gt2260v is putting a custom exhust manifold the only thing you should do or is there much more to it and i got the standard air filter in at the moment i read something on the Garret site that your airbox or air intake has something to do with the expiring of turbo's but I don't know how accurate this is ? and my turbo expired on the dyno during testing the turbo shaft snapped.

@MyCupraR gt1749vb isn't that bad. Much depends on tuning software (like eliminating boostspikes, measurement of EGT's => no black smoke...) it can do 195hp easily. Most common upgrades are vb hybrid turbo's (1752) like this one. They have a 52mm compressor, 360° bearing and can do 3bar boost. To lower EMP you can upgrade to a 1852, 1856, 2256, gt2260v... Last one is really big turbo and can flow 280hp+. These turbo's could be not plug and play, so you probably need a custom exhaust manifold.

On the run when your leaving sounds like your vanes could be sticking, i would suggest an italian tune up, 4000rpm in 4th gear run for a few mins, blow some shit out.

For more power you need a bigger turbo and fmic. For example: gt1749vb, decat your exhaust and mount the cupra d intercooler ==> ~200hp with stock 550cc injectors. Keep in mind that you might need to replace the clutch (sachs race kit).
sounds the same as my fr ;)
remap looks good, little smoke is ok
hybrid vb turbo? what boost are you running?
