  • Hi Monte.

this back wheel on this 83 kawasaki kdx 250 is totally loose.

it moves from side to side about an 1/8th of an inch and theres crinking sound's so im not riding it right now untill i get the spoke's fixed.

    good vodeo though,

I liked the way you explained how to do it.

  • I think I over tightened some spokes and warped the wheel . Can I save the wheel if I loosen some spokes ?

  • I would like to see how to correct a run out problem once all spoke are at proper torque.

  • no you can straighten it out by drawing back the rim with the spokes on opposite side of bend , loosein the ones on t he other side as well

  • If I have about 3 loose spokes on the inside, tighten all those and then switch to outside?

  • dammage the rim and spokes.

  • i just got a new tire and my chain ate almost all the luggs on the left side closet to the chain off shoud i tighten my spokes?

  • new rim no doubt dude dam

  • bend the spoke and make the perfect circle of the rim not so perfect

  • What will happen if there too tight?
