This is how I built a slider with the least amount of money spent and least hardware and tools needed. Many other diy sliders on youtube are cool but most require more money, more equipment, and more hardware.

  • Yo, what boombox is that? I seriously want one.

  • @CaseyTheDrummerBoy I got it at kohls for $50 last year but I don't think they sell them anymore. Innovative Technology® Boom Box

  • Wood, metal or plastic brooms?

  • @mooneyefilms1 metal or aluminum

  • Ok, let me ask you this. I built one very similar to yours, except that there is too much play between the PVC T-pipe and the dollar store broom. Putting felt in the T-pipe might do the trick. How did you put your felt into the T-pipe? How do you make it stay in there?

  • @vbfl920 I used cement and allowed it to dry, of course, and slowly and meticulously inserted the broom stick.

  • It looks like a great tool to make, but wouldn't the metal broom sticks make noise when it slides across?

  • Not too shabby! I'm going to make one and put it on a piece of wood to mount on a tripod

  • can this connect onto a tripod?

  • @defnyung Thanks very much!!
