Level Mushroom 16, one of the Japanese eReader levels for Super Mario Advance 4. These were never released outside Japan. This particular level is only the second (official) Mario level I know of to make use of Kuribo's Shoe.

If there is interest, I'll upload more videos of the Japanese levels, which are without question some of the most unique Mario levels I've ever played.

  • is this in the data of the english version Super mario bros 3 advance 4? Unused?

  • No, unfortunately Nintendo didn't do a very good job explaining how it all works, so it is a common misconception that the levels are already in the game then simply unlocked by the cards -- however, the eReader cards actually contain all the level data in the dotcodes that you scan, which can then be saved to the cartridge's internal memory. It was in theory a very good idea for a method of distributing game levels in packs of cards, and I can only imagine the possibilities if it had caught on

  • Awesome!

  • Looks alot like a level mod.

  • set VBA to use Flash 128k and the SMA4 rom will work correctly

  • "pi pu pi pu pi pu"! great bass player on this mario theme!

  • it was awesome but it got replaced by yoshi.

  • lol at 2:01 you failed XD

  • the rom is never corrupt. Its the save file. that can be easily fixed by messing around with the save type which you can do with VBA.
