does pokemon blue have that exp share or did that only come in on pokemon silver crystal gold

@Axxstrix Yes, the EXP. ALL in R/B/Y works in the same way as the EXP. SHARE from G/S/C. You need to have caught 50 pokemon to get it and the aide you have to talk to is located in the second floor of the route 15 building (east of Fuchsia city)
