REALLY easy, for so many to say how easy it is, to go into a fight, especially packing over 200 lbs., 7 to just anihilate anyone...I wonder how many people, who speak so lowly of the fighters, who are at the top tier of the world, have even stepped into a ring, or even work out, on a bag, for that matter...
