The money is pretty sweet. I'm an orderfiller and I only work like 70 - 75 hours every two weeks at best. I'm on pace to make like 43-44,000 this year. Can't complain.

The reason logistics associates get paid much higher than store associates is simply because we work in an industrial environment. Forks, belts, rollers, PE's, PR's, Clamps, etc. It is more dangerous than in a store. In a store, you just walk around and pick up crap.

@aaronjason1 If you guys get that, Then why are the people in the Stores so broke? The Cashiers & Greeters? Weird... Oh I know! Because thats how they keep expenses low, keep the biggest expense down & your ok! Keep wages low & your profit margins are higher...

@aaronjason1 Ya, I love working at the Distribution Center. I was able to transfer to one of the cake jobs, Quality Assurance.

@IBloodSweatTears lol, 8.25 an hour? No, I think you have that confused with Wal-Mart stores and supercenters. We actually make more than twice per hour than store workers. We get raises very quickly and receive cost of living incentives every year. Over time is only a monthly thing, it only happens during our peak season right before Christmas. Promotions are very common, you just have to be ready to travel because they make you move when you do get promoted.

3. 0:39, Lmao, Wal-mart does not give promotions in "Just under a year" Your lucky to get a promotion in 15 years, If 1 at all. If your a simple cashier ( Or any low rank), you have no chance of a promotion.
4. 0:48, I didn't know 8 Hours + 4 Overtime hours was "Flexible".
