I kind of thought that it portrayed the idea, "Don't move too fast", with the man running and noticing a snail. As both snails symbolize slowness, I thought it was teaching the man a lesson on his life and how he should be living it fuller and not moving through things quite so quickly. But that's just me. We are all entitled to our opinions, and maybe there is no moral to this like you proposed!

Ok Michael - this, to me, is the most
incredibly wonderfully delicious-like
experimental film I've seen yet.
Really beautiful. Great use of FX - they are
not obtrusive at all!
