@bobareebop I would love to have a copy of that for the madrigal group up here. Is there anyway I could get one? I would be happy to pay for the cost of copying it, etc. Please contact me a cirquemom@mcn.org.Thank you!

@cirquemom Ditto everything you said for our family. Our traditions were the same as yours. Angela Morley and I shared correspondence before her passing. Through her partner and heir I was able to obtain the score and copies of all parts for "The Holly and the Ivy" off this same album, with the intention of having it performed by a private choral group that I sing with. Our director chose not to use it, but there's always next year! A beautiful and charming album from first to last.

This was our family's favorite Christmas album - truly a lovely collection of choral and orchestra arrangements. It was always a big deal to finally be able to play it to mark the start of the holiday season. We had to wait until all the Thanksgiving dishes were cleaned and put away. Then, finally, it was time to play the album! I did manage to find it on the British version of Amazon.com, so it is available on CD now.
