  • @sassysarkie Prednizone can be rough. I was on it starting a 60 and brought it down. Doctor told me not to see him for 6 months. A good sign. Stay with it, but watch your diet. That is key. I know that is tough being on prednizone, but I think diet is key. along with good rest.

  • @TheFabalous31 how is it working for you? I am on 40mg - HATE it

  • I feel that I could have made this video! Thank you for sharing your experiences, I look forward to viewing any other videos you have posted! I have started a Facebook page - Sassysarkie day to day! Please check it out if you have time. I notice this was posted 2 years ago. I hope you are doing well!

  • Wishing you all the best with your condition..have you had any eye problems like uveitis?

  • I have been diagnosed with sarcoidosis and am taking 60 mg prednizone

  • I was on Prednozone ...never again.

Me Too... made me much worse!

  • Actually I started with 50, Im just down to 7.5 now, the doc I went to didnt realize what I have, so I ended up waking up one day not being able to stop coughing, so I got sent to the hospital and was the guinea pig of all students~. But yea Im doing fine, hope you too!

  • Thank you for your response. It is interesting that the doctors can do what they can, but we hava role too. Eating right and excericise, I am finding out is key.

    Thank you for your response.
