Am I wrong to assume Ravi got saved the same way most people did? Someone realized he wasn't saved and was going to hell, and therefore took the necessary pains to present the gospel to him, and provide him with the necessary information he needed to come to believe in the truth of the gospel? Someone CARED enough to share the knowledge, and Ravi got saved. If, as a non Christian, he could be saved, then why bother making the effort? We wouldn't know him today... he wouldn't be a Christian.

--We warn, not judge. If someone jump from a bridge and repent in the middle of it, who am I to say he went to hell? That will look more as a desire than preaching.

Ravi didn't leave the window open to suicide, quite contrary. But you as me must abstain to make judgement but give a humble opinion as it is given here.

@bailong329 Sheol isnt hell man. Im a Hebrew Studies major. not even close. And i also know attic greek (which is where koine comes from). and john chapter 3 is rabbinic dialogue which you have to bear in mind hebrew thought. rabbis dont believe in hell. syntax man.

@111ryanesau You cant just go by Philology. Syntax is also very important. if you know greek you know what im talking about. Also take in mind hebrew thought and what satan means. Ancient hebrews didnt believe in a devil, or any abyss for that matter. Know context as well.

@hellobal100 Not similar at all but when person is resurrected in the biblical sense ( 3 days also known as the sign of Jonah which marks it as a Godly encounter). They each tell of there NDE's involving a visit to heaven. So they are not similar but they follow each other. Also if your a hindhu then you came to the right video and I should encourage you to look up other Ravi Zacharious videos cus he was a Former Hindhu and his parents were priests of the highest of your orders.

@hellobal100 Actually Jesus wasn't the only one. Clearly you didn't research it enough. Lazarus was the other, and in one Gospal account after Jesus's death there was a series of resurrections all over Jerusalem. Then there is the account of a Nigerian Minister who had an NDE and then Ressurected Daniel Ekechukwu then there was Valerie Peters. These two were officially dead for 3 days and returned to life with an NDE. I have no explanation for the connection I can only say its there.
