too classy lookin for a telecaster. telecasters are built for abuse and i cant abuse something that looks like an alpine white les paul custom.

That guitar has a Steve Vai look, doesn't it?

Beautiful guitar....awesome!

THanks for you reply, is the radius of this telecaster was 9,5 ?
-
Richie Kotzen is great, im doing the same thing with my tele

The Chopper 184 is for a strat and the 384 is for a tele. Same pup but a tele pup mounts with 3 screw holes and a strat only two. Look at each one side by side and you'll see what I mean.

who the fuck sells this guitar!!
rotolo 2 months ago
@rotolo Me - Twice. Had one in the 90's that I sold, and this one. Looks good, but the body is made of some cheap wood that doesn't sound as good as my others (swamp ash, alder, etc).

Hello, and congrats for you review , great sound and nice guitar, i m about to change my bridge pick up sock by an Dimarzio Chopper, di you change as well the neck pick up and if yes, wich model ? thanks for reply :) Pat

@patscaggs On this guitar, I can't recall if I swapped out the neck pickup, but if I did, I would have used the Dimarzio Twang King - I've used those in all my Tele's.

So you'd say this would work for a "chugging" rock/pop/country sound? I love the tele singlecoil bridge pickups but they kinda lack that ability to be chuggable ;)

@JerryBeatFreak With proper EQing you could make it sound like a single coil - Roll off the bass, boost the mids and highs. But, I personally love this combination of pickups for a tele. No longer is it a one trick pony....
