Take Back the Land Rochester believes putting people on the street and boarding up their home helps no one.
It's why they've been protesting a forcible eviction scheduled for the property at 9 Ravenwood Avenue, Rochester. Catherine Lennon, her husband three daughters and seven grandchildren lived there.

  • One love Sister Catherine Lennon and Take Back The Land. Foreclosure is wicked and evil it's pure fraud. The banks are supposed to bail out those in need. The DemocRats promised a moretorium on foreclosures in 2008. Yet 1 million are faced with that atrocity today. Thanks for the great works. She's so brave to move in and live in. Send her love and positive vibrations. Luv

  • foreclosure is fraud, looked into it myself, just ask the bank for the promisary note, and take them to court, we need to fight back or they will continue to live easy l;ives off our hard labour

  • those documenst should not be able to be used in court, unless they were certified by signature...but only in a just world i guess

  • it is all about Greed , evil!

  • No one should have to go through something so silly as foreclosure. If politicians cared, they would outlaw foreclosures althogether.
