This flight is being flown by a Commercial Pilot with over 35 years of flying experience and over 500 hours in a J3 Piper Cub. It complies with all Federal Aviation Regulations. Pilots are prohibited from flying closer than 500 feet to any person, vessel, vehicle, or structure and must not pose a danger to people or property on the ground in the event of an engine failure. The terrain over which this flight is flown allows the flight to be conducted both legally and safely, in the event of an engine failure. All pilots are cautioned against flying in a manner which is unsafe or which is offensive to people on the ground.
