and by the way hell doesnt exist.
hell, it means death in the bible its not a literal place of torment
jesus went to hell after his sacrifice. would the son of god really be tormented
ask your self would it be rightous for god to have people tormented for eternity for stealing a fruit.

The only explanation I can think of is that maybe there is hell but spirits are not there yet because remember what is said in the bible.. The second coming of christ.. "And he will come to judget the living and the dead" means they wont go to hell till after jesus returns.. That what I think..

hell is just human imagination just like all things religious related=big load of crap our ancestors created to make the large masses fear of something,and keep things under control.humans should stick to that which can be seen and logical proven
