The clean firebox is impressive but I think the steel chimney shows how efficient that model isn't. That discoloration and staining does not speak well of that stove or the methods of operation.

There are WAY more advanced wood burning units available today than this unit. This is Mr. Rogers "there's much more to learn" you can say that again. Super low tech unit.

I'm Dave, the guy on the video. The writer above is from Michigan,
(I'm an Iowa dealer), and apparently there is no dealer anywhere
near him. I've had FANTASTIC satisfaction with warranty issues
when they've come up, so this was a total surprise to me. I will be
talking to the factory so they can contact him directly to solve his
problems. I am 100% satisfied with Greenwood as a dealer and as an
owner/user of the product.
