Are you for real? Bolero was a masterpiece and well ahead of its time. B+B came to fruition after T+D finished. Personally though I thought Klimova + Ponomarenko were better on more than 1 occasion but I suppose they had a pecking order in those days. Cant say its changed much nowadays either.

if its based on makeup and blown dry hair, these 2 are definitely outfront. LOL. But the one couple who have been overllooked all year were Wilson and McCall from Canada. Theirs had an ease and lightness that made the difficulty flow. While the others felt heavy. Surpised to hear Toller being so complementary.

These 2 the best? NEVER! They waited their turn and got the rewards. Over choreographed, over dramatic and he looked frightening. Thought Klimova/Ponomarenko's Beatles Medley dance was better than this. Loved B+B's Cabaret routine in 87 but this was just predictable and OTT.

I couldn't stand Torvill and Dean. Watching them made me sleepy. These two were the BEST. They should have won gold in Sarejevo.
