  • how the helel can you produce such graphics on an 8bit system?

  • Because LordFred (Daniel Celemín) is an artist!

  • i really wanna play this on my mac . . . does anyone know how to download it ?

  • You can download it from Retroworks web

  • hi i downloaded it but cant start it . when i click on the knightlore file it asks "choose application" - which application do i need? i just have a normal I-Mac . sorry, i really appreciate any help you could give me !!

  • You need to download and install an MSX emulator (i.e:OpenMSX) Then, load the ROM from it. The emulator must be configured as MSX2 or higher.

  • Would love to see an Amiga / ST port of this...

  • Why is the video so glitchy?

  • @loco6607 The MSX2 has a V9938 video chip.

  • @boostmeup Ooookay! I see you are right about it being 8-bit. That is damned impressive, then.

  • I never played Knight Lore, but I've seen the 8-bit vids. I really like this remake!!!

  • @boostmeup It's clearly a 16-bit system, by both the sound and the graphics.

  • @boostmeup your right..Wonder what the video chip is in it...If it were not for the sound i'd swear it was nearly a 16 bit..

  • I loved this version!

  • I forgot this game. Nice remake indeed.
