Each year, the WIFT-T honours Canadian women of distinction in film, television and new media with the Crystal Awards, a celebration of talent and creativity amongst writers, directors, producers and mentors to artists of the screen. The Wine Ladies visit this years Crystal Awards to speak with Executive Director of WIFT Sadia Zaman and several of the 2009 award winners including:

The Wine Ladies, Georgia and Susanne founded by entrepreneur sister team in 2003, take life one sip at a time as they share the splendour of food and wine for all and the wonderful lifestyle it entails.
Regular national TV personalities and hosts of their own weekly radio show about wine, food and lifestyle these ladies share their passion and live life to the fullest and without hesitation. Their motto "everything in life somehow comes back to the vine" keeps their audiences entertained and informed.
In 2010 The Wine Ladies will be heard by an ever expanding listening audience.... Jewel 88.5 FM Toronto and surrounding area..... Jewel 98.5 FM Ottawa and surrounding area....... Jewel 107.7 FM Hawkesbury Prescott-Russell Region (into Lachute to the north and into Hudson to the east on the Quebec sides) These are the 1st of three stations with our new broadcast partner with an eye on expansion into other Southern Ontario stations, Brantford County,(CKPC-AM Guelph. Kitchener, Hamilton, Oakville, Mississauga etc) out West (starting in Winnipeg) and in the East (Nova Scotia) by mid-year 2010. After the success of their first web TV show, Talking Wine with the Stars, filmed during the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival, The Wine Ladies are currently in production for their second series of two-on-one interviews - this time featuring celebrities and leading business entrepreneurs, financial gurus, sports stars and innovators in the entertainment, literary and fine arts communities.
One Sip At A Time!is currently being filmed live, on location at some of Torontos most exclusive hospitality venues, offering sponsors a unique media opportunity to access a live audience as well as an online viewership reaching across the country, the continent and the world.
