Thanks for sharing, especially the dough-making part! Allow me make one tiny friendly, non-food-related suggestion, keep your lovely pet out of the kitchen area. Somehow its appearance makes me taste dog hair in my mouth.

Hahaha thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately I live in a loft and that's impossible. It's ok, my dog isn't standing on tables or counters for there to be any dog hair meals. Also, i'm not running a professional business in my kitchen so it's double ok. Thanks for the comment!

umm... I'm pretty sure you're supposed to roll it out after stuffing it with the spring onions...

@gaarasabure Yes and no. There's two different kinds of Green onion pancake in Taiwan. One that is rolled out and thin. One the is rolled into a spiral and thick (like this one).

It looks very good. However, I have a personal suggestion, when you put green onion onto the flour, you should leave some space at the end part so it would roll up nicely (refer to 11:25 to 11:35). I personally love a lot of green onion when it comes to green onion pancakes. Most of the pancake we get from restaurants don't put that much green onions so better of make them ourselves. Thank you for sharing.

@lauls85 Hey, thanks for the tip! When I made it I was trying to copy how the chef had rolled her pancake. However, I agree and will do it this way next time. Thanks for watching!
