Demi: (elbows Sel) she means see you in a little while!
(Kevin and Ashley leave)
Nick: what are you up to?
Jen: yeah girls, tell me.
Demi: um..
Sel: nothing
Joe: whatever
David: where do you want to eat?
(with Kevin and Ashley in the car)
Kevin: so are you going to tell me whats going on?
Ash: nope (smiles)
Kevin: ha! There is something going on
Ash: yep
Kevin: tell me
Ash: nope
Kevin: can you answer yes or no questions, then Ill guess?
Ash: only if I get to ask you questions
Kevin: deal does it involve demi and sel?
Ash: yes. Why are you so quiet compared to your brothers?
Kevin: What do you mean?
Ash: In interviews, at school, even in groups like today you are just quieter. Why?
Kevin: (thinks for a moment) With the interviews, I just like to keep my personal life private. At school I want to avoid the high school drama. With everyone else I guess I like to observe them, have an objective view of situations. (frowns) that was a good question
Ash: your turn
Kev: Okay is this a plan that involves me?
Ash: yes. What happened with Danielle?
Kev: (startled) why do you want to know
Ash: Its important to me I promise I wont tell anyone
Kev: (shifts uncomfortably) Um
Ash: nevermind (looks out her window)
Kev: (looks at Ash) *thinks- she is easy to talk to and I do trust her even though I hardly know her*
(They arrive at the hotel. They go into the girls room and Ashley walks over to her bag and starts ruffling through it)
Kev: She said I traveled too much.
Ash: (shocked that he was actually talking about it, she turned around) and she gave you an ultimatum?
Kev: No. I said I wouldnt travel anymore unless she could come with me.
Ash: You would give that up for her?
Kev: yes, but then she said she just didnt love me (getting angry) she found someone else
Ash: Oh
Kev: I know she left me for someone else! (yelling now) She was my first love and she ended it like that! We argued and fought for the first time and it was ugly and I had never felt that angry!
Ash: (runs and gives him a hug) I am so sorry
Kev: (startled by her hug) thanks (his voice softened and he let a few tears fall)
(with Everybody else except David)
Demi: I will be right back (she left to go find David. He was outside thinking (about demi) when Demi interupted)
David: Oh hi demi
Demi: I just wanted to check on you
David: *thinks gosh she is beautiful and thoughtful and those eyes David stop you cant* Im okay
Demi: I also wanted to thank you for putting aside your feelings for your friend. I kinda overheard you talking to Nick
David: (embarrassed) oh..
Demi: You are sweet David (smiles)
David: (smiles) thanks (looking in her eyes)
(Meanwhile)
Joe: Where is Demi?
Sel: I will find her
(back with Demi and David)
David: Demi. (leans in and kisses her)
(Sel hears demis voice outside and opens the door to find her lips locked on Davids. Sels jaw drops and she runs back inside)
Demi: (pushes him back) what are you doing (tear falls)
David: (jumps back) I am so sorry! (runs away)
(After Demi composes herself she returns to the group)
Joe: There you are! Where have you been?
Demi: Um
Sel: I asked her to get me something
(Demi looks at Sel ~A/N Demi doesnt know Sel saw~ Sel doesnt look demi in the eyes)
Demi: Sel?
Sel: Why dont you guys get going I need to shoot more scenes anyways
Demi: Sel?
Sel: Where is David?
Jen: I dunno
Demi: Selena?
(By now everyone notices the hostility Sel has towards Demi)
Nick: Is something wrong?
Sel: I am fine.
Demi: (looks at Sel) David had to be somewhere
(everyone looked at Demi)
Sel: Oh and of course you would know
Demi: Yeah I would because of a conversation I just had with him. Can we please talk in private about that?
