Vlog - New Orleans Trip (River Cleanup & Quarter Re-upload)

First day we had there (Sunday) was pretty laid back. You see, the good thing about traveling with a Christian group is, that you have Sundays off. :)

Instead of going to church that morning, we godless walked down the Mississippi (which was right next to the church), watched the cargo ships go by, kicked fire ant hills, and picked up trash. Weather was sooo beautiful compared to Ohio.

Later that day we just relaxed and walked around the quarter. Tried alligator for the first time (tastes like chicken - really), listened to some music, went to the big Catholic Church in the quarter, and watched some break dancers (I'll upload a separate vid of that later).

Was a very easy day.

N'awlins is one of my fav places to visit. The Quarter, Jackson Square and St. Louis Cathedral- looks like y'all are having fun!

If you get a chance, check out the Napoleon House on Chartres Street (it was purchased for him, but he never made it to the US). Good food on the cheap.
