I think it might be 'A Life So Changed' but I'm not sure because there's too many different versions of it and 'Hymn to the Sea'.

@lordbrioan Jack told her in the previous scene before he died that she was going to "Die, and old lady warm in her bed. Not that night & that she'd have to promise him that & never let go". That's what she mean't when she unclatched their hands and kissed his & said "I'll never let go, i promise". Not that she'd never let go of his hand.

One thing i couldn't stand was rose says 100 times "i'll never let go jack"
Upon realizing jack has passed away, she lets go and lets him sink.
